Intimacy is a state
of heighten awareness with yourself
mentally, spiritually, emotionally and physically. You cannot be intimate
with others until you learn how to become intimate with yourself. Ecstasy is a state of deep intimacy with
yourself. Through ecstasy we are able to open our vital life energy and
bring healing to every aspect of our life.
How do we experience
ecstasy, and stay relaxed and grounded in it? This is the art of intimacy.
Using powerful
Sky Dancing Tantra techniques, and gentle Focusing Meditation
we will learn how to become intimate with ourselves, uncovering
and allowing hidden parts of ourselves to emerge, perhaps release unwanted
emotions and bring joy that awakens an ecstatic response, independent of sexual
context. We will learn how to stay relaxed and grounded in it.
We will use discussion, sharing, Tantric techniques,
breath work, movement, dancing and Focusing Meditation to give you an opportunity
to:
- Experience what intimacy really is
- Discover what prevents you from feeling
close to others
- Learn how to be vulnerable and connect with
others
- Learn how to create an ecstatic state with
yourself and others, relax in it and use it in your everyday life
